To solve the potential issues you might be experiencing, please keep reading:


1) I am unable to login or verify my account because I receive the message "The user XXXXX has not been activated or is blocked".

Probably your activation email was delivered in the spam folder of your inbox.
Go to the reset password form, submit the email address you used to register on ESNcard.org and click on the verification link sent in the email that will arrive to your inbox. Please also check the "Spam" folder.

After doing this, your user will be activated.

 

2) I have tried everything that the FAQ ask and still Ryanair says that ESN's verification system failed to verify my ESNcard.

Normally the issue is in the fact that your ESNcard.org profile is not complete, or you're adding on Ryanair data which are different from the ones you added on ESNcard.org. Please follow carefully the Ryanair FAQs.

For flight bookings/ change/ cancelation please contact Ryanair customer support.

 

3) My request is not related to any of the problems above. Is it related to any of the following?

- I can't find my home/host university in the list.

- Where do I get my ESNcard?

- What is the ESNcard number requested?

- What can I do if I do not have a section in my university?

- How do I get my Ryanair discount?

- How do I register to ESNcard.org?

- and many others.
